We're looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Houston team and contribute to some of the industry's most challenging offshore energy projects. In this role, you'll work directly with experienced engineering specialists, project managers, and clients to solve complex offshore engineering problems involving risers, pipelines, subsea systems, and installation operations. You'll take ownership of technical work scopes, contribute to project delivery, and continue developing your expertise through hands-on experience across a wide variety of projects. This role is ideal for an engineer with 5-10 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career by gaining greater responsibility, client exposure, and project leadership opportunities. Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering analyses and design assessments for offshore pipeline, riser, and subsea projects
• Develop practical solutions to complex offshore challenges
• Perform production and drilling riser analysis
• Perform pipeline design including thermal expansion and buckling, pipeline walking and free span assessments
• Perform structural analysis of subsea hardware and foundations
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and design documentation
• Take responsibility for delivering assigned project scopes from initiation through final delivery
• Work closely with project managers to plan and execute engineering activities
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
• Contribute to technical reviews and project decision-making
• Provide technical support during offshore installation
• Participate in client meetings and technical workshops
• Present engineering findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with clients to understand project challenges and develop effective solutions
• Build trusted relationships through technical excellence and responsiveness
• Learn from industry-leading specialists across risers, pipelines, and subsea systems
• Develop technical and project leadership skills through increasing responsibility
• Mentor graduate and junior engineers while continuing to expand your own expertise
• Contribute ideas that improve engineering tools, workflows, and project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Ocean Engineering
• 5‑10 years of relevant offshore engineering experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD and PE License (preferred)

Skills

• Experience in one or more of the following: Riser engineering, Pipeline engineering, SURF projects, Subsea engineering, Installation engineering
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within project teams
