  • Manage and support database platforms including SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, covering installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup/restore, and high availability solutions.
  • Own application deployment and lifecycle management for enterprise applications, including packaging, configuration, environment management, monitoring, and incident resolution.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build and release definitions, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Configure, support, and troubleshoot cloud technologies and applications (e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP), including resource provisioning, networking, identity, monitoring, and cost optimization.
  • Apply a strong understanding of AI concepts, purposes, and uses, as well as common pitfalls and risks (e.g. bias, data privacy, hallucinations), to support integration of AI-enabled solutions and guide stakeholders.
  • Develop and support integration solutions for cloud and on-premise systems using technologies such as Python, Integration Builder, and Boomi, including API design, data transformation, and error handling.
  • Design, configure, and support computer networks, including core networking terminology and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing) and related troubleshooting.
  • Implement and support enterprise security mechanisms including Akamai, CyberArk, and CrowdStrike, ensuring secure configurations, policy adherence, monitoring, and incident response in collaboration with security teams.
  • Provide enterprise-level support for a global organization, including participation in an on-call rotation, handling escalated incidents, root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks for systems, integrations, and deployments.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, security, networking, and operations teams to design resilient, secure, and scalable solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
