Bitwise Alchemy is a consulting studio that solves tough problems for AAA studios and other game tech companies. Our team has decades of experience in AAA video game development, building and leading large projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on exciting initiatives with major industry partners.
• Never crunch. Maximum of 160 hours per month, minus holidays or PTO.
• Flexible work schedule that respects personal commitments.
• Live and work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong C++ skills.
• A desire to explore new projects and solve tough problems.

Desired Skills

• Unreal Engine 4/5.
• Other Engines (Frostbite, Unity, Proprietary).
• Graphics Optimization.
• Networking and Multiplayer.
• Multiple platforms (Consoles, Mobile, PC).
