About the role

The Senior Engagement Manager, WWPS US Federal - NatSec plays a pivotal role in helping US Intelligence Community customers envision and implement transformative cloud initiatives. They lead complex, multi-stream, agile projects involving cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and managing scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple Agile teams, including Scrum Masters and Product Owners
  • Deliver enterprise-level IT engagements with a focus on cloud computing
  • Align project goals with various stakeholder groups, including customers, internal teams, and partners
  • Create and deliver tailored communications to different audiences, from executive updates to detailed project plans
  • Apply strategic thinking to challenge and redirect teams, manage client expectations, and make informed decisions
  • Partner with AWS Account, Support, and Service teams to improve product offerings based on customer and partner feedback

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
  • 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements
  • 5+ years of cloud computing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • Knowledge of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or Taiga
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and business leaders
  • AWS certification (preferred)

Pay

Base salary range: $153,600.00 - $207,700.00 USD annually

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, with the expectation to work from one of the AWS locations at least 1+ days per week, and possibly at customer sites.
