Senior Engagement Manager US - R&D Advisory

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager US - R&D Advisory to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead advisory engagements focused on research and development operations, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape strategies that support business goals and improve execution. The position combines consultative leadership, proposal development, and delivery oversight, with a strong emphasis on presenting insights, supporting business development, and building trusted customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring experience navigating life sciences or pharmaceutical and biotech environments, with the ability to connect operational expertise to meaningful client outcomes.
