Senior Endpoint Engineer (Intune/Workspace ONE)

We are seeking a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Senior Mobility Engineer to support a government contract. The team manages mobile devices including Apple iPhones and tablets, Android smartphones and tablets, and provides mobile access to enterprise applications. This role will assist with ongoing operations, maintenance, and key technology improvement initiatives.

About the role

This is a full-time, onsite position in Washington DC, excluding federal holidays. The standard schedule is 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Candidates must be available to work remotely when requested and participate in planned maintenance windows between 9 PM and 5 AM. Work during maintenance windows may be completed off-site with reliable high-speed internet and a supplied laptop.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all mobile device issues via ticketing system, telephone, or email.
• Coordinate and assist with the installation and maintenance of mobile platforms software/hardware and mobile devices for in-house teams, remote employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Assist with the development of IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Perform configuration management and develop supporting documentation.
• Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, organizational stakeholders, internal systems administrators, and the non-technical user community.

Requirements

• 4+ years of operational support experience with Windows Server 2019 or later.
• Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching.
• 5+ years of operational support experience with MDM design and implementation (desired).
• 4+ years of operational support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and participate in 24x7 on-call technical support.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Current or very recent Public Trust clearance; must be able to begin work immediately without needing a new background investigation.
• Successful completion of required background investigation and security training.
