Senior Employee Success Manager

About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design organizational structure and career pathways
• Develop structured talent development pipelines to enhance team member progression
• Create early career and apprenticeship initiatives to cultivate in-house talent
• Design and implement a first-time manager program, nurturing strong individual contributors into effective coaches
• Research and define pathways for elite individual-contributor performance and development
• Manage onboarding processes that expedite new hires' performance
• Assist in the performance cycle through goal setting and effective review management
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance understanding of specific product area dynamics

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in talent development, performance management, leadership development, or organizational change
• Proven track record in creating and executing talent programs like job frameworks or leadership curriculums
• Experience in consulting or within a high-growth technology firm's People team is preferred
• Exceptional writing skills required for developing diverse materials including curricula and guides
• Comfortable facilitating sessions and presentations effectively to engage audiences
• Strong analytical approach to research, with ability to differentiate between rigorous studies and less credible sources
• Interest in fintech, with a desire to deepen knowledge in the industry
