Senior Employee Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated professionals to support our team’s efforts in developing and delivering high-impact manufacturing skills training. Our team plays a crucial role in equipping both new hires and current employees with essential aerospace and quality assurance skills, directly impacting talent attraction, development, and retention within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform as an instructor in specialized content areas, facilitating learning events and team coaching for aerospace skills and quality assurance.
- Conduct training using a variety of methods, customize learning programs, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative training enhancements, educational materials, and job aids to ensure effective skill transfer.
- Monitor classroom environments, assess group and individual performance, and recommend process and performance improvements to optimize training outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience teaching manufacturing skills in a hands-on environment.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, operating tools such as riveting and bucking, and working in high-noise environments.
- Airplane Manufacturing experience is required for the lead instructor assignment, with a background in coaching or classroom demonstration.
