Core Responsibilities
- Generate valid and accurate EMC test results in accordance with CISPR, FCC, ISO, ETSI and IEC/EN standards.
- Follow specific Product/Family/Particular standards and C63.4 for all EMC tests.
- Verify test instruments for accuracy and quality.
- Update METrak daily for project-related tasks.
- Upload project data sheets to METrak daily.
- Review EMC test reports for accuracy.
- Participate in professional technical training, conferences, and in-person client meetings as needed.
- Communicate and report significant negative and/or positive feedback to leadership timely for addressing project-related customer issues.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding Quality Assurance & Control, Ethics, and Health & Safety.
- Display an enthusiastic demeanor to support a positive work environment.
- Initiate and respond to calls and emails from customers promptly per customer service expectations.
- Guide customers (and potential customers) on regulatory/market requirements by being resourceful and responsive.
- Perform other duties as assigned as needed.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with worldwide EMC requirements based on CISPR, FCC, ISO, IEC/EN standards.
- Experience with different lab equipment: EMI receiver, antenna, LISN, signal generator, ESD/EFT/Surge generator.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a group setting with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks, work independently, organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar discipline.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to details and good documentation skills.
- Must have computer (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and office-related skills.

- Physical Demands: Office/Desk working environment, Ability to navigate lab operational lab setting.
Additional Information
- Compensation: The salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000 annually (DOE).
- Schedule: The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
