Senior Embryologist
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse description.
First paragraph: "At Conceptions Fertility we are passionate about providing empathetic and exceptional patient care. We help people grow and build their families through personalized treatment options. We are currently looking for experienced, compassionate, and dynamic team players to join our growing practice. If you are looking for a rewarding environment where your talent and skills will change people’s lives, then we want to talk to you. This position is integral to our practice and requires working closely with providers, clinical staff, and other lab team members. Previous embryology lab experience (3-5 years) is preferred, and you must be able to pass a background check. Hours may vary but typically will be between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Weekends, after hours work, and long hours will be required for this position and the schedule will be set in coordination with the Lab Director upon starting in the position."
That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with paragraphs.
Then "Responsibilities" heading with list items. The responsibilities are broken into Embryology, Andrology, Quality Control, General/Administrative. We need to preserve all details. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a list of responsibilities; each bullet can contain multiple sentences. We'll need to embed the subheadings? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So within Responsibilities we can have a
with - items each containing the detailed responsibilities. Could also embed subheadings inside
- but not as
. Probably okay to just list each bullet.
We need to capture all responsibilities text.
Let's extract responsibilities:
"Embryology: Have a minimum of three years experience working as a clinical embryologist Be skilled in egg retrieval, vitrification, embryo transfer, and ICSI with skills in trophectoderm biopsy preferable. Be able to work independentlyFollow the laboratory’s procedures for specimen handling and processing, analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test results.Maintain daily, monthly and yearly QC records.Adhere to the laboratory’s quality control policies, document all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations and maintenance performed. Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect patient outcomes and communicate these to the laboratory directorParticipate in Laboratory Operations as directed."
"Andrology Perform semen analyses, including sperm count, sperm motility, sperm morphology, and viability. These procedures utilize manual microscopic methods. Perform routine sperm preps for inseminations. Be comfortable with thawing and cryopreserving sperm specimens , including testicular tissue for fertility preservation and ART procedures.Maintain accurate, current cryopreservation records. Accession and record donor and autologous frozen sperm specimens accurately when received, thawed, discarded, or transferred."
"Quality Control Keep all laboratory equipment at optimal performance. Maintain an accurate log of preventative maintenance due dates and service contracts.Adhere to the laboratory’s quality management policies; document all quality control activities, as well as all instrument and procedural calibrations and maintenance performed.Follow the laboratory’s policies and procedures whenever test systems are not within the laboratory’s established, acceptable levels of performance.Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results. Correct the problems when possible and immediately notify the Laboratory Director or his/her designee(s)."
"General/Administrative Document patient care services by charting in patient computer database and departmental records and filing clinical documents.Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and calling for assistance from other health care support personnel when appropriate.Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control and laboratory safety policies and protocols. Is available for on-call duty as necessary.Participate in patient education and communication with co-workers."
We need to preserve all details. Might need to split into separate
- for each major area: Embryology, Andrology, Quality Control, General/Administrative.
Now "Qualifications" heading: The qualifications paragraph: "BS degree or higher in a related scientific discipline.Must demonstrate good work ethic with motivation for learning laboratory proceduresAbility to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays."
Also earlier there is "Previous embryology lab experience (3-5 years) is preferred, and you must be able to pass a background check." That could be considered qualifications or requirements. The instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We have qualifications content. Could also have a "Requirements" section for things like background check, experience preference. But we can combine into Qualifications or Requirements. The list of possible headings includes Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide.
We have: "Previous embryology lab experience (3-5 years) is preferred, and you must be able to pass a background check." That's a requirement. Also "Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays." That's also a requirement but appears in qualifications paragraph. Could treat as qualifications.
We could have a Requirements section with bullet list: - Previous embryology lab experience (3-5 years) preferred. - Must pass background check. - Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays.
Qualifications section: - BS degree or higher in a related scientific discipline. - Demonstrate good work ethic with motivation for learning laboratory procedures. - Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer. - Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (computer, fax, copier, etc.).
But we need to avoid duplication. The qualifications paragraph also includes "Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays." That's also a requirement. Might be okay to include in both? Better to avoid duplication. Let's parse: The qualifications paragraph after "Qualifications" heading? Actually the text: "Qualifications BS degree or higher in a related scientific discipline.Must demonstrate good work ethic with motivation for learning laboratory proceduresAbility to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays. E04JI80040jt409czug"
So the qualifications paragraph includes availability weekends/holidays. The earlier sentence about experience and background check is before responsibilities? Actually it's in the first paragraph: "Previous embryology lab experience (3-5 years) is preferred, and you must be able to pass a background check." That is not under a heading. So we could treat that as Requirements.
Thus we can have:
About the role
with paragraphs.
Responsibilities
with - items for each area.
Requirements
with - for experience preference, background check, availability weekends/holidays (maybe also mention schedule? but schedule is separate).
Qualifications
with - for BS degree, work ethic, computer skills, office machine knowledge.
Now schedule: The posting says "Hours may vary but typically will be between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Weekends, after hours work, and long hours will be required for this position and the schedule will be set in coordination with the Lab Director upon starting in the position." That's schedule info. So we should have a
Schedule
with a describing that.
Pay and Benefits: Not mentioned. So we should not include those sections.
Skills: Not explicitly listed separate; but responsibilities include skills. Could we create a Skills section? The posting does not have a separate skills list; we could omit Skills section to avoid thin sections.
Thus we output HTML fragment with those sections.
Make sure to not include any boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none.
Now produce HTML.
We need to wrap content in appropriate tags.
Example:
