Senior Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing and automation strategy for enterprise clients
• Lead team members to assist in the development of email campaigns
• Create effective email marketing strategies
• Develop and schedule marketing emails
• Develop campaign automation strategy
• Assemble email content components for marketing and sales campaigns
• Track and report on company and contact list development and imports
• Work with campaign stakeholders to develop target profiles for companies and contacts
• Utilize database tools to build and refine target contact lists for campaigns
• Maintain database hygiene - add and edit data, identify and prevent duplication, updating job titles, email address changes, industry, and other record data points
• Identify and remove inactive contacts and spam contacts
• Absess and categorize new inbound prospects for classification

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business or technology field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years of experience with email marketing
• Familiarity with email best practices
• Must have experience with Pardot
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Hubspot, etc. is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment under tight deadlines
• Process oriented with strong attention to detail
• Ability to be a creative problem solver

Benefits

The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $75,000- $90,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
