Senior Email Marketing Manager - Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email marketing programs. You will own the full email channel, from audience segmentation and campaign planning to performance analysis and deliverability, driving measurable impact across acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the email marketing strategy, aligning programs with broader demand generation and lifecycle objectives.
• Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, promotional sends, nurture sequences, and triggered flows.
• Define audience segmentation strategies and personalization approaches to improve relevance and performance.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing programs across subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs.
• Monitor and maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
• Analyze campaign performance data and report on key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue influenced.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
• Deep expertise in email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization techniques.
• Proven track record of improving email performance through systematic testing and optimization.
• Solid knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance requirements.
