About the Role
Provide critical technical support to ensure peak performance of the Applied Technology Automated Test system. Collaborate cross-functionally with Equipment Manager, Manufacturing, and Engineering to maintain strict equipment calibration standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and wire complex test harnesses and fixtures based on technical specifications.
- Maintain ATE systems through regular MOL activities and proactive system health checks.
- Troubleshoot basic automated test failures to minimize downtime and ensure reliable data collection.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage equipment calibration schedules and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated printed circuit board assembly experience, including soldering of surface mount, through-hole, and wire technology.
- Foundational knowledge of RF and analog systems.
- Proficiency in operating standard test equipment, including Signal Generators, Power Supplies, Power Meters, Network Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers.
- Working knowledge of Python programming for automated tasks.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- U.S. Citizenship required, as well as the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contractors.

Pay
Target Base Salary Range: $51,700 - $76,700 USD. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
