Senior Electronics Board Designer – Altium

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of complex digital and mixed-signal PCBs.
• Develop hardware architecture, schematics, component selection, and PCB layouts using Altium.
• Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and worst-case analysis.
• Support high-speed digital designs, FPGA, ADC/DAC, telemetry, and related electronics.
• Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, verification, and production release.
• Work with manufacturing, test, software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of board-level electronics design experience.
• Expert hands-on Altium Designer experience.
• Proven end-to-end PCB design ownership from concept to production.
• Strong digital/mixed-signal and high-speed PCB experience.
• Experience with HDI, high-speed routing, SI/PI analysis, and lab bring-up.
• Experience with tools such as Ansys SIwave, ADS SIPro, or HyperLynx.
• Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and design review skills.

Critical

• This is an end-to-end hardware design role, not a PCB layout-only position.
• Candidates must have strong Altium + schematic + PCB + bring-up + production experience.
