Senior Electronic Trading Specialist
About the role
The Senior Electronic Trading Specialist role is a mid-level individual contributor position in the Electronic Trading Services team based in Boston (or NY), responsible for managing all aspects of Linedata clients' electronic trading needs, including but not limited to project management, certification and configuration of the Linedata OMS, client and broker relationship management and telecommunications provisioning. Additionally, the Senior Electronic Trading Specialist will provide application issue escalation for 1st tier Production Services team and visit clients from time to time. This position will require some weekend availability for maintenance, upgrades, and other potential project related work. Responsibilities
- Technical account management of assigned Linedata ETS clients; ensure high level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage onboarding and certification process for existing and new Linedata ETS clients.
- Gather and analyze client requirements; create FIX specification and workflow design.
- Configure and test FIX connectivity between Linedata trading systems and client trading partners.
- Provide 2nd line support for all FIX issues to Linedata ETS clients and Linedata Helpdesk.
- Work closely with internal Linedata teams to drive new trading functionality and bug fixes to completion.
