Senior Electrical Project Manager – Data Centers (Phoenix, Arizona)

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate with design/engineering teams, and resolve technical or logistical issues.
• Maintain quality assurance, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and financial projections to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management (data center, mission-critical, automotive or heavy industrial projects strongly preferred).
• Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and client/vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
