About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Electrical Project Manager who is passionate about Electrical Engineering and Commercial Construction. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects, from planning to implementation. Must be comfortable managing $25M+ projects, and roughly a $100M portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all phases of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Preparing and reviewing project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
  • Providing technical guidance and expertise to team members.
  • Overseeing project design, development, and testing processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations and safety standards.
  • Conducting project risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Providing electrical estimating services to support bidding and project cost control.
  • Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project Management within the Electrical and Commercial Construction industry.
  • Proven experience in electrical estimating.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in using project management software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) designation is a plus.

Pay

$180,000 - $225,000 per year
