Skill Requirements
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals with the ability to engage credibly with engineers across EPS, RF communications, digital systems, FPGA, and harness disciplines
- Familiarity with spacecraft avionics architectures including flight computers, EPS, RF communications, and harness design
- Familiarity with spacecraft power system design, power budgeting, and distribution architectures
- Familiarity with RF communications system design, link budgets, and antenna integration
- Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or similar
- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or Confluence
- Experience working directly with government or defense customers and interpreting military or defense acquisition specifications
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies applied to hardware engineering programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years of professional experience in systems engineering, avionics engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Demonstrated experience with requirements decomposition, flow-down, and traceability management for electrical or avionics systems
- Experience developing and managing interface control documents across complex, multi-discipline hardware programs
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field

Compensation
Base Salary: $150,000-$220,000
