About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – Power Systems to lead complex electrical design projects supporting industrial and energy infrastructure, including Oil & Gas, Renewables, Data Centers, and Power Generation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead moderate to large-scale electrical projects from concept to delivery.
  • Serve as a technical lead, making sound decisions on complex engineering issues.
  • Develop and oversee power system designs, controls drawings, calculations, reports, and documentation.
  • Design electrical service interconnects with local utilities and prepare procurement specifications.
  • Perform system studies, detailed design, reviews, investigations, and technical reporting.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, identify risks, and support proposal development.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support business growth efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Experience supporting industrial facilities and using SKM or ETAP software.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, API, and AGA practices.
  • Expertise in high, medium, and low voltage systems, protective relays, arc flash analysis, switchgear, MCCs, drives, and emergency power systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with substation design, relay programming, and field support.
