Senior Electrical Engineer - Federal (Top Secret clearance CI Poly required))

We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today’s challenges. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Design and perform calculations for lighting systems and associated controls
- Prepare load analysis for different stages of design
- Oversee the preparation of drawings detailing system design
- Prepare basis of design reports
- Prepare and document energy compliance calculations and forms
- Design grounding and lightning protection
- Design redundant electrical systems
- Mitigate hazardous area concerns
- Select equipment and fixtures for use in the building
- Cook up with engineers and architects of other disciplines
- Facilitate construction administration
Requirements
- Active top secret clearance and CI Poly is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
- The ability to obtain the Professional Engineer (P.E.) License within 6-months from hire will be acceptable
- United States Citizenship
- At least 5 years of experience working in a corporate engineering environment in an electrical engineering capacity
- Strong mentorship focus to develop future engineers
- Strong technical focus in the Architectural Engineering space
- Proficiency in Revit and 3D CADD
- Exposure to medium voltage designs
- Exposure to SCADA design
- Exposure to federal design standards such as the Unified Facilities Criteria, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Defense, and adjacent sectors
- An appreciation for travel in support of projects and sales pursuits as a subject matter expert (scalable to your life)

Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
