The Role As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll lead the design and delivery of mission-critical electrical infrastructure from concept through construction. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, interface directly with clients, and oversee the development of resilient electrical systems that support high-availability operations. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design efforts for hyperscale data centers and other mission-critical facilities.Design medium- and low-voltage power systems, standby generation, UPS systems, switchgear, PDUs, and redundant power architectures.Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.Review construction documents, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project closeout documentation.Support proposal development and participate in client-facing activities.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff.Drive innovation through the use of emerging technologies, digital tools, and AI-enabled workflows.Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.8+ years of electrical engineering experience.Experience designing mission-critical facilities such as hyperscale data centers, enterprise data centers, AI infrastructure, healthcare, semiconductor, or other high-availability environments.Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, standby power, UPS systems, grounding, life safety systems, and relevant codes.Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis software.Ability to lead projects and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
