Responsibilities
- Supervise staff's day-to-day responsibilities and mentor staff in technical knowledge and career development
- Lead projects from concept to completion, coordinating with multiple disciplines within the company
- Interface with clients to provide technical excellence and manage project teams and schedules
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of experience in architectural engineering environments
- Demonstrated success in managing projects
- Expertise in electrical engineering and knowledge of related fields
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
