Senior Electrical Designer/Engineer (Buildings)
About the role
Join EXP’s Electrical team and work on exciting Hospitality, Entertainment, and Healthcare projects across Florida (Maitland, Tampa, or South Florida).
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical Revit design efforts from concept through construction
- Mentor junior team members and help elevate team performance
- Partner with project managers to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors in meetings and on-site
- Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure quality and accuracy
- Solve complex design challenges and contribute innovative ideas
- Present technical solutions and build strong client relationships
Requirements
- 7+ years of electrical design experience in building systems
- Engineering Degree (BS Architectural Engineering, or BS Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree)
- Revit MEP proficiency
- PE license (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
