We are ENG, a top BIM services provider specializing in MEP Modeling and Coordination for large-scale projects. We seek a Senior Electrical BIM Lead/Manager to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee electrical BIM execution across projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and interface with clients, contractors, and other trades.
• Participate in project setup, scope definition, and execution strategy.
• Drive QA/QC and constructability reviews, identifying clashes and design risks early.
• Support and mentor team members, promoting technical autonomy and quality culture.
• Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and BIM innovation.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership on scheduling, priorities, and resource planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English proficiency (absolutely mandatory).
• Proven experience leading or coordinating electrical BIM teams or scopes.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination.
• Strong communication skills, especially in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.
• Experience working on US-market projects is highly valued.
