Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead with Security Clearance

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the eDiscovery team, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will manage a team of technicians and analysts, providing strategic direction and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement eDiscovery strategies that meet client needs and legal standards.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery technicians and analysts, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the processing, review, and production of electronic data in response to legal holds and litigation requests.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and client policies regarding data handling and security.
• Collaborate with legal teams to understand case-specific requirements and provide timely and accurate responses.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, including experience with document review, data management, and production processes.
• A current Top Secret clearance.
• Experience managing a team of professionals and providing technical leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with eDiscovery software tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw Next.
• Knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and other relevant legal standards.
• Experience with data privacy and security protocols.

Pay

• $127,706 - $206,357 annually
