About the role
The successful candidate will lead the eDiscovery team, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will manage a team of technicians and analysts, providing strategic direction and oversight.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement eDiscovery strategies that meet client needs and legal standards.
- Manage a team of eDiscovery technicians and analysts, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the processing, review, and production of electronic data in response to legal holds and litigation requests.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and client policies regarding data handling and security.
- Collaborate with legal teams to understand case-specific requirements and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery and cybersecurity.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, including experience with document review, data management, and production processes.
- A current Top Secret clearance.
- Experience managing a team of professionals and providing technical leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with eDiscovery software tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw Next.
- Knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and other relevant legal standards.
- Experience with data privacy and security protocols.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
- $127,706 - $206,357 annually
