Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead with Security Clearance

About the role

The eDiscovery Analytics Lead position is responsible for analyzing large volumes of data to support legal and regulatory compliance efforts. The Senior eDiscovery Technician role involves hands-on work with electronic discovery tools and processes. The Senior Director of eDiscovery oversees the entire eDiscovery process, including strategy, implementation, and quality assurance. The eDiscovery Technician role focuses on technical aspects of eDiscovery, while the Director of eDiscovery role provides strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis projects to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of eDiscovery tools and processes.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of eDiscovery strategies.

Requirements

• Security clearance required.

Qualifications

Pay

• Senior eDiscovery Technician: $96,348 per year
• Senior Director of eDiscovery: $196,236 per year
• eDiscovery Technician: $76,395 per year
• Director of eDiscovery: $180,258 per year
