Senior eCommerce ERP Integration Consultant

About The Role

DSi Professionals is seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce ERP Integration Consultant to support the delivery of digital commerce transformation projects for clients across retail, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, and enterprise sectors. This role will focus on designing and delivering integrated eCommerce ecosystems that connect online sales channels with ERP, CRM, inventory management, warehousing, finance, fulfilment, and customer service platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project teams, you will help organisations streamline operations, improve customer experiences, automate business processes, and create scalable digital commerce capabilities. You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution design, implementation oversight, testing, deployment, and optimisation.

Requirements

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business, operational, and integration requirements.
• Analyse existing eCommerce, ERP, CRM, inventory, fulfilment, and finance processes.
• Develop integration strategies and solution roadmaps for digital commerce platforms.
• Define end-to-end business processes across order management, inventory, pricing, fulfilment, customer management, and financial workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to design scalable integration solutions.
• Support the implementation of integrations between eCommerce platforms and back-office systems.
• Affiliate with data migration, master data management, and product catalogue synchronisation activities.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, business validation, and deployment readiness activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiencies.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on eCommerce transformation and integration best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an eCommerce Consultant, ERP Consultant, Integration Consultant, Business Consultant, or Digital Transformation Consultant.
• Experience delivering eCommerce and ERP integration projects.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce processes, including order management, inventory, fulfilment, pricing, customer management, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, or other ERP platforms.
• Experience with Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Understanding of API-led integration architectures and middleware platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with B2B and B2C commerce environments.
• Experience working with retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution organisations.
• Microsoft, ERP, eCommerce, or integration-related certifications.
