About the role

As a Senior E2E Product Designer at our company, you will be responsible for leading the design of end-to-end product experiences across various touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that the designs align with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences across various touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that the designs align with business goals and user needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements and design specifications.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate concepts with users.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs that effectively communicate product vision and user flows.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all product experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, preferably within a tech or consumer-facing environment.
  • Experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead design efforts from concept to launch.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing.
  • Experience with prototyping and interactive design tools.

Pay

The base salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
