About the role
CGS is seeking a Senior E-Discovery Application Administrator II to support a large federal agency. The ideal candidate will provide full-time IT legal support services using various programs, independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs, and translate program requirements into program code.
Responsibilities
- Independently develop, modify, and maintain a complex program.
- Translate program requirements into program code.
- Test, debug, and refine programs to process data in accordance with written specifications.
- Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
- Develop data entry screens and other user interfaces and implements standardized reports, and create and generate specialized and ad hoc reports as required.
Qualifications
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- At least two years of directly applicable experience in the systems environment being used.
- At least three years of overall programming experience, including experience with large-scale database management systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- An undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology disciplines is preferred.
Skills and attributes for success
- Broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications.
- Supervisory or team leader experience.
- Experience in automated litigation support.
