Senior E-Discovery Application Administrator II with Security Clearance

About the role

CGS is seeking a Senior E-Discovery Application Administrator II to support a large federal agency. The ideal candidate will provide full-time IT legal support services using various programs, independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs, and translate program requirements into program code.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, modify, and maintain a complex program.
• Translate program requirements into program code.
• Test, debug, and refine programs to process data in accordance with written specifications.
• Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
• Develop data entry screens and other user interfaces and implements standardized reports, and create and generate specialized and ad hoc reports as required.

Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• At least two years of directly applicable experience in the systems environment being used.
• At least three years of overall programming experience, including experience with large-scale database management systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• An undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology disciplines is preferred.

Skills and attributes for success

• Broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications.
• Supervisory or team leader experience.
• Experience in automated litigation support.
