Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a physical science or RTT
• Masters in Science preferred
• Direct dosimetry experience and CMD certification
• RTT experience from an accredited program preferred
• Experience with multiple treatment planning platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Description

The primary role of the dosimetrist is to initiate and see-through the treatment planning process for external beam proton treatment plans. Additionally, the medical dosimetrist will, on occasion, aid in special procedures and brachytherapy treatment planning. As the program develops, the dosimetrist will also provide training to dosimetrists, physicists, radiation oncologists and affiliate trainees in dosimetry, supports and adheres to BHSF safety and compliance program to include OSHA, HIPAA and the Code of Ethics.

Pay

$135,809.21 - $176,551.97 / year, depending on experience.
