Senior Domain Architect- Data Management

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific data management needs
• Partner with pre-sales to ensure smooth transitions to implementation
• Engage with internal teams to optimize customer onboarding experiences
• Analyze and recommend solutions using the company’s Data Management Suite
• Define project tasks and monitor delivery progress
• Establish data integration workflows for customer systems
• Conduct knowledge sessions with stakeholders to promote self-sufficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field like Computer Science or Information Technology
• 6+ years in customer-facing roles such as Technical Customer Success or Consulting
• Experience with Python for scripting and automation
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and enterprise systems, especially in Accounting and Finance
• Expertise in complex data structures and regulatory workflows
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data architectures

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Pay

$129,000 – $210,000 annually
