Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, and execute capital markets transactions
- Develop and implement funding strategies to support liquidity objectives
- Manage interest rate, currency, and derivative activities effectively
- Maintain investor and market relationships for capital access
- Oversee funding programs and related documentation
- Analyze and report on capital markets conditions and trends
- Cross-functional collaboration for transaction execution
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve objectives
- Support funding initiatives for business units
- Participate in enterprise initiatives related to treasury policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance
- 12+ years in corporate finance, treasury, capital markets, or derivatives
- Expertise in debt/equity markets and derivatives
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to transactions
- Experience leading complex transactions under tight deadlines
- Prowess in MS Office Suite
