About the role
This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the eCommerce and Digital Transformation domain in defining and delivering the enterprise digital and technology strategy
- Translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate domain-level planning sessions and ensure alignment between digital, technology, and business priorities
- Support the SVP, e-Commerce & Digital Transformation in executive governance processes, including preparation for board and committee meetings
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting on technology investments, KPIs, and enterprise digital transformation progress
- Draft, review, and manage executive communications, presentations, and updates on behalf of the SVP
- Build trusted relationships across the e-Commerce & Digital Transformation leadership team and proactively address risks or misalignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field & Master's degree or MBA required
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, consulting, or related leadership roles
- Strong track record in enterprise digital/technology transformation and governance
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience in program management, portfolio management, or chief of staff-style roles highly desirable
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
Pay
$160,000 – $200,000 annually
