Senior Director, Technical Engagement

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Architects to deliver service excellence
• Scope projects accurately regarding resources, skills, and timelines to meet client needs
• Provide subject matter expertise on the company Core/PSS during client engagements
• Review architects' work and provide constructive feedback
• Impact client renewals by aligning success with service roadmaps
• Collaborate with sales teams to create client-specific proposals and agreements
• Manage multiple high-stakes clients effectively

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivering or overseeing solutions
• 12+ years of consulting service experience with team leadership responsibilities
• 2+ years of experience in sizing and scoping projects
• Company System Architect Certification (or similar qualification)
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Proven leadership track record in a complex organizational environment

Pay

$203,700 – $253,700 annually
