Senior Director, Supply Chain
About the role
The Senior Director of Supply Chain is a strategic executive responsible for leading procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management across the organization. This leader will drive operational excellence through cost optimization, process improvement, and supply chain transformation while developing high-performing teams and implementing scalable strategies that support long-term business growth. The role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide supply chain strategies that improve cost, quality, supplier performance, and service levels.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and long-term business objectives.
- Oversee a large-scale procurement portfolio while ensuring effective supplier management and sound purchasing practices.
- Partner with Operations, Planning, Sales, and Finance to strengthen Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and align supply with business demand.
- Optimize transportation networks, warehousing operations, distribution strategies, and inventory performance.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Establish inventory controls and governance that improve accuracy and customer service.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing supply chain leaders and teams while driving organizational change.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- CPIM certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
- Broad commodity sourcing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and build high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in procurement, distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory management, and multi-site operations.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Compensation and Work Requirements
This position offers a compensation range of $170,000 - $225,000 and requires the candidate to be a US Citizen and work onsite in Rockwall, TX.
