We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the job description includes responsibilities, qualifications, compensation details, benefits, about the team. We need headings:

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections with real content. We need to parse the job description. First paragraph: "Partnering with the Sales and sales support teams, this role is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership to manage the relationship with key/strategic suppliers for a specific business unit . Develops strategic relationship management plans that include capacity planning, field sales engagement, Supplier Volume Rebates, and high-level negotiations. Monitors monthly and quarterly performance and compliance with Wesco’s standards while driving continuous improvement and resolving performance issues." That's a prose description of role. Could be "About the role" section. Then "Responsibilities" heading with bullet list: The responsibilities section includes several bullet-like sentences: "Strategic Development Balance strategic goals, operational performance and cost mitigation through network optimization by building annual business plans for top fifteen suppliers.Identify business needs through analyzing metrics and providing overviews of industry landscape and maintain awareness of current market trends and conditions that may affect vendors and pricing and may have an operational or strategic impact on the company.Create plans to address competitive gaps.Selects, manages, evaluates, and develops staff. Vendor Relationship Development and Management Drive down unit cost of network through development and implementation of a vendor strategy while maintaining operational performance.Ability to improve end-to-end supplier performance through increasing capacity, improving supplier supply chain responsiveness, and raising performance standards, whilst maintaining high levels of quality.Partner with sales to building sales programs in each region which will ultimately lead to reciprocal sales from our large vendors.Managing relationships with vendors to ensure WESCO has the right connections into key vendors at all levels and functions from day-to-day ordering to escalation and strategic negotiation. Risk Management and Process Improvement Evaluate, renegotiate, and approve vendor MSAs to meet current market standards for key terms such SVRs, payment terms, cash discounts, and marketing cooperative advertising.Monitor day-to-day vendor risk management processes and procedures to ensure consistency with corporate policy while resolving disputes and minimizing corporate exposure.Act upon gathered performance data and provide quarterly feedback to business partners to identify key activities and priorities nationally and regionally.Continue to improve procurement tools and staff training to facilitate efficient processing of tail and cross-connect charges in direct support of customer deals." We need to split into list items. The text is run-on; we can separate by sentences. Provide
  • each. Then "Qualifications" heading: includes "Bachelor’s degree required.15 years required of management in electrical distribution industry.15 years required of progressive management in varied organizational development projects and programs.10-15 years of experience, building the following skills:Demonstrable negotiation skills in standard as well as complex environments/situations.Successful track record showing ability to work with a team to set strategic direction aligned with business goals with a clear execution plan and activity.Business and management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.Knowledge of industry including suppliers, customers, and competitors.Strong communication, analytical, negotiation skills.Strong strategic thinking skills.Ability to identify and cultivate external resources preferred.Ability to develop and manage vendor relationships and service providers preferred.Ability to work with senior management, as well as regional and group operational teams preferred.Ability for solve problems preferred.Ability to find and grow employees capable of moving up a minimum of two levels preferred." We need to list qualifications and skills. Could separate into
    • . Then "Compensation Details" heading: includes salary range and description. That's Pay section. Also benefits mentioned: "In addition, Wesco offers a benefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans." Also earlier: "For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan..." So we have Pay and Benefits. We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Yes salary range given. Benefits also given. Schedule not mentioned, so omit. About the Team section: there is "About The Team At Wesco, we build, connect, power and protect the world..." That's about the team/company. Could be "About the Team" heading. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About The Team" is not in list but maybe we can treat as "About the role"? However they said use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning examples, not exclusive list. But they say "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those exact headings; we could also use "About the Team" but it's not in the list. Safer to use "About the role" for the initial paragraph, and maybe not include a separate About the Team section, or we could incorporate that into About the role? But they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The About The Team paragraph is specific content about the company/team. Could be placed under "About the role"? Might be okay to have a separate section with heading "About the Team" but not in the examples; but they didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings; using other headings may be okay but risk. I'd stick to the given list. So we can treat the About The Team as part of "About the role" or maybe we can omit it because it's not strictly about the role. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that paragraph. We could put it under a heading "About the Team" even if not in examples; but they said "e.g." meaning examples, not exclusive. So it's likely acceptable. I'll include a heading "About the Team". It's substantive. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

      About the role

Partnering with the Sales and sales support teams, this role is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership to manage the relationship with key/strategic suppliers for a specific business unit. Develops strategic relationship management plans that include capacity planning, field sales engagement, Supplier Volume Rebates, and high-level negotiations. Monitors monthly and quarterly performance and compliance with Wesco’s standards while driving continuous improvement and resolving performance issues.

      Responsibilities

      • Balance strategic goals, operational performance and cost mitigation through network optimization by building annual business plans for top fifteen suppliers.
      • Identify business needs through analyzing metrics and providing overviews of industry landscape and maintain awareness of current market trends and conditions that may affect vendors and pricing and may have an operational or strategic impact on the company.
      • Create plans to address competitive gaps.
      • Selects, manages, evaluates, and develops staff.
      • Drive down unit cost of network through development and implementation of a vendor strategy while maintaining operational performance.

        • Ability to solve problems (preferred).
        • Ability to find and grow employees capable of moving up a minimum of two levels (preferred).
But nested lists may be okay. However they said use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Nested list is still a list. Could flatten: combine the 10-15 years experience as a line and then list skills as separate items. Might be okay. Simplify:
      • 10-15 years of experience building the following skills: Demonstrable negotiation skills in standard as well as complex environments/situations; Successful track record showing ability to work with a team to set strategic direction aligned with business goals with a clear execution plan and activity; Business and management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation; Knowledge of industry including suppliers, customers, and competitors; Strong communication, analytical, negotiation skills; Strong strategic thinking skills; Ability to identify and cultivate external resources (preferred); Ability to develop and manage vendor relationships and service providers (preferred); Ability to work with senior management, as well as regional and group operational teams (preferred); Ability to solve problems (preferred); Ability to find and grow employees capable of moving up a minimum of two levels (preferred).
      • That is a long sentence but okay. Now Pay section:
