Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, Point of Care

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, Point of Care to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This leader will oversee strategy and execution for point-of-care initiatives that support risk stratification, field enablement, and practice engagement across the healthcare ecosystem. The role will partner closely with practice leaders, payer partners, vendors, product, and analytics teams to translate insight into action. This is a highly cross-functional leadership position focused on driving operational excellence, supporting value-based care efforts, and advancing programs that improve delivery across clinical settings. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Own strategy and execution for field, practice, and end-user go-to-market efforts for risk stratification programs Manage partnerships with strategic practice leaders, payer partners, and vendors for insight delivery Direct transformation team members in ideation and execution of initiatives across the organization Coordinate cross-functional efforts to advance risk stratification with product and analytics teams Provide direction to junior team members on incentive, education, and monitoring programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field 12+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a Master's degree 6+ years of experience in healthcare 2+ years of experience in value-based care Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required Benefits Opportunity for career development and growth into a management role Collaborative work environment with senior leadership Impactful role in value-based care initiatives Engagement with strategic stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
