We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "Work Model:" line? It's not a heading but maybe part of description. It's not boilerplate but it's a piece of info about remote work. Should we keep? It's substantive: "Work Model: This role can be performed remotely from an approved location, with flexibility based on business needs and applicable requirements." That's about remote work. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can put that under About the role as a paragraph. We need to extract content: - About the role: includes description of Linear Motion Division, role purpose, accountability, etc. Also work model. - Responsibilities: list under "Key Responsibilities" with bullet points (multiple). Should be
  • . - Requirements: maybe "Qualifications" section includes professional experience/qualifications. The posting has "Qualifications" heading with subheadings "PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS" and "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Physical Demand and Work Environment". Also "Expected salary". Also "Benefits". Also "About Regal Rexnord". Also "Equal Employment Opportunity Statement" (boilerplate to remove). Also "Notification to Agencies" (boilerplate). So we need to keep substantive: Professional experience/qualifications, Preferred qualifications, Physical demand and work environment, Expected salary, Benefits, About Regal Rexnord (company overview). Also maybe "Work Model" as part of About the role. We need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine qualifications and experience?), Qualifications (maybe separate?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes Pay (salary range) and Benefits. No explicit schedule info besides maybe travel up to 50% (that's not schedule). No explicit schedule like full-time/part-time. So we should not include Schedule section because no specific schedule info. Also Skills: we could extract skills from qualifications (communication, negotiation, analytics, etc.) but maybe better to put under Qualifications or Requirements. The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have multiple of those if content exists. We need to decide mapping. We have: - About the role: description of division, role purpose, work model. - Responsibilities: bullet list under Key Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe the "PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS" (mandatory) plus Physical demand and work environment? Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications". - Skills: maybe we can extract skills like communication, negotiation, analytics, critical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, etc. But those are already in qualifications. Could still create a Skills section listing them. - Benefits: list. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: none. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So skip Schedule. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can reformat. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, Notification to Agencies, maybe also "About Regal Rexnord" is substantive (company overview) - keep. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicate sentences? Not seeing. We must not include application instructions. Now craft HTML. Structure:

About Regal Rexnord (company overview) could be under About the role? But we already have About the role describing the role. Could add another section "About the Company" but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add a custom heading like About Regal Rexnord. We could incorporate that info into About the role paragraph. But the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It might be okay to add other headings but better to stick to those. However we need to preserve all substantive info, including company overview. We could add a paragraph under About the role after the role description, describing Regal Rexnord. That would keep it within About the role. Thus About the role will have multiple paragraphs: first work model, then division description, then role purpose, then company overview. Let's craft About the role:

Work Model: This role can be performed remotely from an approved location, with flexibility based on business needs and applicable requirements.

The Linear Motion Division is part of the Automation & Motion Control Segment, with approximately 1,500 global associates. There are 9 main sites for Linear Motion located across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, & Europe with the division Headquarters based in Downers Grove, IL.
