About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Services Consulting, AI to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape the strategy and operating model for a global AI services consulting function, with a strong focus on translating advanced capabilities into measurable customer outcomes. The role will balance portfolio capacity, demand forecasting, and utilization to ensure delivery performance aligns with business priorities. You will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to strengthen customer roadmaps, operational improvements, and overall execution. The ideal candidate brings deep professional services and enterprise SaaS experience, along with the executive presence needed to guide senior stakeholders and lead global, customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for global AI services consulting and the operating model.
• Oversee portfolio capacity, forecast demand, and balance utilization with outcomes.
• Create executive accountability for delivery performance and customer value.
• Align cross-functional teams on customer roadmaps and operational improvements.
• Develop senior leaders and consultants through mentoring and structured feedback.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Professional Services or related enterprise SaaS functions with an AI focus.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience managing global, customer-facing teams.
• Senior-level experience in go-to-customer and operating model leadership.
• Experience using analytics to influence portfolio decisions and improve customer retention.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in translating AI capabilities into actionable services and outcomes.
• Proven executive influence and communication skills tailored for senior stakeholders.

Pay

$270,000 – $406,000 annually
