Responsibilities
- Lead service execution and operational performance in the West Region
- Oversee regional P&L performance to drive financial results
- Cook up multi-functional teams for quality service delivery
- Develop growth strategies in collaboration with sales and engineering
- Foster customer relationships to enhance service opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business operations, electrical engineering, or similar required
- 10+ years in senior-level operations roles in electrical engineering or distribution
- 5+ years managing operations teams
- Pioneered experience managing P&L for multiple business lines
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
