Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new assessment tools and methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform product development
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in assessment development or research
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with psychometric principles and test construction
  • Knowledge of educational measurement and evaluation techniques
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in assessment development

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SPSS or similar statistical software
  • Strong understanding of survey design and administration
  • Experience with qualitative research methods
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
