Senior Director Regional Medical Science

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a national team of 7 MSLs to support scientific engagement
• Conduct field visits and one-on-one meetings to support team development
• Monitor team performance using data and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate therapeutic area strategy into actionable regional field objectives
• Ensure effective execution of field medical programs and initiatives
• Serve as a strategic thought partner in scientific leadership
• Oversee collection and analysis of medical insights to inform strategy

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required: MD, PharmD, or PhD
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• 3+ years leading a field-based MSL team
• Significant leadership experience in solid tumor oncology, especially pre-launch
• Strong background in building and optimizing field medical teams
• Experience in a biotech or fast-paced environment preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$203,000 – $253,000 annually
