Senior Director, Regional Field Medical Science Liaison (MSL) West

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a high-performing MSL team
• Cultivate a proactive, accountable team culture
• Provide strategic direction for territory medical plans
• Track MSL performance data for high quality presentations
• Facilitate internal training and knowledge sharing with KOLs
• Develop credible relationships with healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify research projects

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, PharmD, or advanced healthcare degree required
• 3+ years of medical affairs or field medical experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in people management
• Experience in rare diseases, cardiology, or neurology preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven relationship-building skills with industry leaders
• Skilled in clinical research and pharmaceutical product development process
