Senior Director - Project Controls

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Responsibilities

• Establish a Project Controls Center of Excellence for uniform methodologies and governance
• Govern cost and estimating management frameworks to ensure delivery within budget
• Oversee change management workflows to manage scope variations and change orders effectively
• Lead monthly forecasting and cost modeling to analyze variances against budgets
• Review and approve project estimates and compensation models for complex claims
• Conduct schedule quality reviews to enforce recovery planning and critical path integrity
• Manage and mentor distributed teams while collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain data integrity

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Program Project Controls, Cost, or Commercial Management for large capital hyperscale data center programs or high-tech construction
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams, contractors, and external partners
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, and Oracle Unifier
• Deep understanding of data center construction economics and cost management practices, including Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Compensation

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
