Senior Director, Program Delivery

At Huge, Program Delivery is the engine room of our ambition. We don’t just "manage" work; we orchestrate the conditions and framework for the impossible to become real. Program Delivery oversees day-to-day project activities, including management of the internal team and client communication. They’re also responsible for resourcing and financial reporting across the program. Program Delivery has unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision making. They’re there from start to finish. Ultimately, program management is the hub that’s holding everything together.

Huge is looking for a Senior Director of Program Delivery to join our Program Delivery team. You will oversee a team of project managers, establish and test ways of working, collaborate with a wide variety of different disciplines and client types, meet or exceed deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and deliver the best product possible.

Responsibilities

• Meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of hybrid client/Huge teams.
• Act as a mentor and manager of fellow employees, leading by example and fostering the talents of those working under you.
• Manage and set client expectations, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and internal team members.
• Manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams, as well as command project management processes and methodologies.
• Focus on goals and solutions that impact both individual work streams and the program as a whole.

Requirements

• Extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing several, multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements with parallel and interconnected work streams and teams.
• Lead strategic discussions and presentations to clients on a regular basis.
• Experience working in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top-tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
• Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle, and knowledge of web development technologies and emerging technologies including AR/VR, voice, and AI.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
• Ability to act as a generalist, jumping into many different categories of work and delivering results.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and motivational skills to drive team performance.
• Representation of program management at the office leadership level, with responsibility for department leadership and mentorship.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $180,000—$195,000 USD. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on factors such as the actual salary ranges for current and former employees in similar roles, the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications, the level of specialization the role requires, budgetary considerations, market demand for the role, and local market conditions. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
