About The Team

The GRCx (GRC Product and Data) Team is dedicated to modernizing risk management with technology, shifting from reactive to proactive and manual to automated approaches. As a Product Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the transformation of critical products that support the core business.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 7 years of Product Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Pay & Benefits

Salaries for this role vary by location:

• Mclean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with their location. The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
