At the start of 2025, the Retail Bank Product Operations established four key objectives: enabling efficient and effective delivery of customer & business value, improving the cross-functional operating model, fueling product excellence with tools and standards, and elevating bank product managers through sustainable programs.

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:
- Mclean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- Philadelphia, PA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- Wilmington, DE: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
