Senior Director, Product Finance

About the role

This role will serve as a strategic finance partner to product leadership, helping shape investment decisions that support growth, prioritization, and long-term value creation. You will lead financial evaluation for new product lines from concept through launch and into performance tracking, while partnering closely with executives and cross-functional teams. The position also plays a key role in planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and market sizing to inform capital allocation and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic finance partner to the Chief Product Officer and product leadership team
• Own financial evaluations of new product lines from concept to post-launch
• Support financial planning, including annual plans and quarterly forecasts
• Drive scenario analysis and market sizing to support capital allocation discussions
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for product investments
• Prepare and present financial narratives that clarify product strategy
• Develop financial dashboards and executive reporting for new product lines

Qualifications

• 13+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting
• Proven experience as a finance partner influencing C-suite decisions
• Skilled in building financial models for new product launches and market entries
• Preferred background in digital assets, payments, fintech, or tech
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences, including executives
• Hands-on approach to financial modeling and presentations

Pay

$227,500 – $280,833 annually
