Senior Director, Product Design

Responsibilities

• Lead design across the company’s hardware-software ecosystem for cohesion
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout development
• Design mobile applications for intuitive user experiences on iOS and Android
• Collaborate with Product Team on designing the subscription experience
• Contribute to product design strategy at the leadership level
• Scale and maintain a comprehensive design system
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture
• Stay updated on design trends and seek innovation opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with IoT technology and connected device design
• Deep expertise in mobile design for iOS and Android
• Proven track record in designing subscription-based products
• Experience managing design teams with a focus on AI fluency
• Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Strong communication skills to convey design concepts effectively
