About the role
The Senior Director, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing will lead the procurement and strategic sourcing functions across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that optimize cost efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement processes into broader business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Proven track record of successfully leading procurement teams and managing supplier relationships
- Experience in strategic sourcing and cost optimization
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience with procurement software and tools
- Experience working remotely or in a hybrid work environment

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
